I’m a former corporate sales manager, current active duty military spouse, and mom of two small children, so I understand how making changes can feel impossible with a full plate. As a health and life coach, I use a holistic approach to replace negative habits with small but impactful positive changes that you can practice every day. As we get older, it’s even more important to find a balance in health and wellness that not only focuses on nutrition and movement, but also sleep, stress management and routines.
